Given recent Verint rebranding introduced in 25.1, this release focuses on addressing several performance issues and functional bugs to improve the overall user experience. We've resolved key problems affecting system performance and fixed several functional bugs to ensure smoother and more reliable operations

Optimized Performance

A performance bottleneck causing extended wait times when generating specific intelligence reports has been resolved. Users previously experienced delays when requesting certain types of reports, particularly when handling large datasets or multiple filtering parameters. This issue has been addressed, resulting in faster generation and delivery of intelligence reports.

Bug Fixes

We have resolved a bug that was preventing call search results from loading correctly within our Team Analysis reports when specific filters were applied. Users who applied custom filters to their search experienced an Unable to Load message. This issue has now been addressed, ensuring smoother performance and proper loading of messages, even with active filters.
