Enhancements

Terminology Updates

We’ve made several updates across our user interface to improve clarity and align with our evolving product capabilities.

Emotion AI is now Behavior AI

To better reflect the scope of our AI capabilities, Emotion AI (EAI) has been renamed to Behavior AI (BAI) across the platform. This includes updates to:

  • Agent Dashboard: “Today’s Average Emotion” and related tooltips
  • Supervisor Live: Table titles and tooltips
  • Search: Filters and column headers
  • Settings: “Emotion Model” is now “Behavior Model” in all relevant sections

Quality Assurance is now Interaction Health

We’ve renamed the Quality Assurance tab to Interaction Health to better represent the report’s focus on speaking behaviors and how they relate to a positive call center experience. Key updates include:

  • QA Score → Health Score

QA Compliance Terminology Updates

To align with industry standards and make our naming more intuitive, we’ve updated terminology within the QA Compliance feature, including:

  • Call Viewer: Quality (tab name) → Compliance; Cues → Checks
  • Search: Quality (filter section) → Compliance

Coaching is now Goals

We’ve rebranded the Personalized Coaching feature as Goals, including the following updates:

  • Coaching tab → Goals
  • Goals subtab → Plan
  • Previous Coaching Period → Previous Plan
  • Start a New Coaching Period → Create a New Plan
  • Coaching Plan Rules → Plan Rules
  • Coaching Progress (subtab) → Trends
  • My Progress (for Agents) → My Trends

Rebranded Behavior AI Cue Icons

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a modern and intuitive real-time Coaching experience, we have rebranded the icons of our Behavior AI cues.

This affects all areas of the product where the icons appear, including:

  • Companion window
  • OS notifications and Salesforce Toast notifications
  • Agent Dashboard
  • Supervisor Live
  • Intelligence
  • Goals
  • Search
  • Call Viewer

Update to Average Intensity Formula

We’re updating the formula for average intensity throughout the product to use a more intuitive calculation that ensures consistency and alignment with reporting done outside of the product.

What's Changing?

All areas of the product will now use a simple average to calculate intensity scores instead of a call length-weighted average.

This change ensures that intensity scores are calculated the same way everywhere, making reports easier to understand and compare with external systems.

Affected features include:

  • Agent Dashboard
  • Supervisor Live page
  • Intelligence reports (Team Analysis, Interaction Health, Experience)
  • Goals
