Telephony Integration - Cogito is able to receive the media stream from the cloud vendor, as well as any required Events for our real-time guidance to operate.

User Management Sync - CCaaS users who meet the configured criteria will also have accounts created in the Cogito Platform, so you don't have to create them using the User Management API or bulk upload.

Hierarchy Sync - Agent/Supervisor relationships are set up automatically as part part of the User Management Sync
